Beast of a workout this one, its a 20 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) and you’ll need a pair of kettlebells.

10 x double overhead press
10 x double kettlebell swing
10 x double front squat

Looks easy but trust me if you use a set of heavy kettlebells this will be a solid challenge. Aim for double 24kgs.

After you’ve finished this take a rest and add in a finisher.
