The Armor Building Complext consists of three movements, the clean, the press and the front squat so its perfect for a full body strength and conditioning workout.

Two cleans, one press, three front squats. That’s one round. Now hit as many rounds as you can for 20 minutes. You’ll need double kettlebells for this one.
Keep it simple, bash this out for as many rounds as you can. Spend some time under tension, add in a finisher and then you’re done for the day. Total training time under 45 minutes including warm up and a cool down and get some good nutrition down your neck and you are gold.
