
Workout finishers are ideal for the end of a session, whether thats a full body workout, a cardio session or a pure strength session. Try one of these quick workout finishers at the end of your workout. OR if you are limited for time, you can even do one of these as a standalone workout for the day.
Finisher WOD 1
200 Kettlebell Swings AFAP (as fast as possible)
Finisher WOD 2
Sandbag half mile. Grab a sandbag, run/walk half a mile
Finisher WOD 3
15 Tuck Jumps superset with 15 Sit Ups. Ten rounds for time.
Finisher WOD 4
Tabata Burpees. Burpees on a tabata protocol, so thats 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 sets
Finisher WOD 5
Tabata Front Squats – use a barbell, one or two kettlebells or a sandbag. Don’t drop the weight on your rest period. This is a hard 4 minutes!
